Our spacious 3rd floor apartment is situated on the front row with full beach views right opposite La Fiamma Grill restaurant. Open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. Two spacious bed rooms that share a bathroom in the passage. The large main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and glass sliding doors that lead on to the balcony with in obstructed sea views. The property boarders the beach. There is an inverter system that keeps the essentials powered so load shedding won’t be an issue.

Having access to a pool, the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. This apartment is situated within a secure estate called Simbithi Eco Estate. This is a 4 bedroom apartment that can sleep 8 people. 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Open plan kitchen and lounge. We have a gas braai and bar table outside facing the sea. Allowing you to entertain guests outside on the balcony. Unlimited WIFI. DSTV and Netflix provided. We have access to a pool just below the unit which has a braai area too.
